Let's connect!
As VP of Transform, I lead the department within 15Five that teaches customers the skills proven to create great managers and high-performing teams. In the years prior to building the Transform product line and growing its teams, I served as a consultant, advisor, and coach. Working with leaders within organizations such as Visa, Capital One, Panasonic, Aptiv (acquired by Hyundai), and Assurance (acquired by Prudential Insurance) in multiple areas of organizational performance -- facilitating leadership development in areas like feedback, goal-setting, and creating high care + high performance cultures using the tenets of Best-Self Management. My role brings together two of my biggest passions: building things from scratch and collaborating with people of diverse perspective. As employee #5 and 15Five’s first customer success manager, I built Transformational Services in 2018 from the ground up as a result of a close experience and enduring need to support leaders in their quest to nurture healthy and engaged teams. I regularly use my background in sociology, human behavior sciences, coaching, & facilitation to develop programs and products for lasting change.
