Update: I have now fully retired from Shipley Associates, effective 1 August 2022, and am no longer an owner/partner. I have been honored to work with great partners, colleagues, and clients. A wise fellow consultant once made the statement regarding addictions: "Best to replace one addition (usually a negative one) with another (a positive addition). I gradually replaced my positive work addiction (Helping clients win business) with positive active pursuits. Perhaps I'll cycle into your town. I started at Shipley Associates in 1986, so that's nearly 36 years. About 7 years ago commenced a "gradual fade" retirement plan.
