Glenn McManus Claimed
Sr. Production Manager, Digital & Multimedia at Aprimo
Video producer. Marketing Cheat Codes podcast showrunner. Animator. My main goals are to educate and entertain. At Aprimo, a B2B SaaS company, I am the primary resource for development of video, audio, photography, and motion graphics-based projects across departments. Playing a critical role in the global brand experience through digital media deliverables and processes that guide marketing and field efforts, I have a continued focus on Aprimo’s overall visual representation and customer experience, both online and in-person. My background is in education, events, documentary production and advertising, with projects that have been used at international conferences, screened at major film festivals, played on television, radio, and print. After early work at Leo Burnett and leading student filmmaking programs with Adobe at Cannes and Sundance, I completed a Master of Science in Digital Cinema Production. The classroom was still calling my name, so I taught advanced multimedia courses at a college prep school in Chicago, then moved on to manage the video studio and create curriculum content for the first fully accredited online culinary program. Over the past decade I also worked on large-scale physical events, and spent several years as project manager for a virtual event and live-streaming platform, building digital experiences and global product launches for tech companies, nonprofits, and publishers. When I'm not working or volunteering, you can find me going analog, exploring parks and nature with a film camera in hand.

social justice author | speaker & entrepreneur | passionate about putting people + place over profit | author of Self-Elected | real estate industry expert
I was a scrappy tomboy growing up all over the western united states calling small mountain towns home for the most part. My journey has been rich with plenty of twists and turns. I'm an entrepreneur with a passion for justice. And I focus on home. I am the author of Self-Elected: How to Put Justice Over Profit and Soar in Business. I build and grow businesses I am the founder and owner of Flock DC which manages 2.5 billion dollars in residential real estate. Today, I am the co-founder and Chief Strategic Officer for Birdwatch, a start up home management company that takes the hassle out of home ownership. All of these endeavors support the birdSEED mission. A non-profit I founded in 2021 to give no-strings attached downpayment grants to first time BIPOC homebuyers in DC + Philly. THAT is justice. Join me! ➟ As a business owner, you can stand out by standing up, and your consumer will be there to greet you if your business helps improve their lives. ➟ I believe justice is a business imperative. Business is being called not to just make money, but make an impact. If you aren't factoring justice into your mission and your operations, you will fall behind. ✔️ As the author of “Self-Elected: How to Put Justice Over Profit and Soar in Business,” I share my honest journey to creating a just business with a mindset that focuses on what is possible in hopes that other business leaders—and anyone who may be considering creating a business—realizes the opportunity they have. ✔️ As a speaker, I challenge businesses to redefine the bottomline. The old way of tackling business isn’t the only way. And it may not be the best way in today’s world. Consumers, clients, audiences and more are utilizing their purchasing power with companies that align with their personal values. The secret sauce to business is people. People connect with people. People buy from people. People have the opportunity to serve people. ✔️ As a serial entrepreneur with a social justice lens, I’ve always raised my hand and self-elected to create the change I know that the world and my community deserves. My work is cause-driven, anchored in communities and geared toward improving the lives of individuals. I’ve uncovered this: a just company creates the trifecta in business. Companies win. Employees win. And communities win. Self-electing is all upside. Self- Elect, stand up and stand out. Indeed, our world is counting on it.
