Jay Acunzo Claimed
Podcast Host, Unthinkable | Author, Speaker, Tinkerer
I host the podcast Unthinkable, write the weekly newsletter Playing Favorites, and develop podcasts and docuseries for mission-driven brands, authors, and entrepreneurs. I'm also a frequent keynote speaker, and the author of the book Break the Wheel. It is my personal, professional mission to help others make work that matters -- to their careers, their companies, and their communities. I see creativity as a form of problem solving and leadership. It's a means of raising your hand to lead and investigate and improve things, and I want to help others frame their work as such. That can help us see the work and the world better and differently. Before becoming a content entrepreneur, I held marketing and media roles at Google, HubSpot, and the VC firm NextView. My biggest ambition and maybe grandest delusion is to be the Anthony Bourdain of business storytelling :)

Content Marketing at Kixie
Hi! I'm Katharine, a T-shaped marketer with depth in content marketing for B2B SaaS organizations, and additional experience in paid advertising, special events, marketing research (focus groups), and competitive public speaking. When I get really excited about a marketing project or a personal achievement, I start squeaking (yes, literally) – I have Tourette's Syndrome and I'm proud to be a neurodiverse marketer. Executive Leader | Revenue Acceleration | Business Transformation | Sales Strategy & Operations | Team Excellence
I'm a driver. And I LOVE Sales. I love everything about it. The competition, strategy, customer, negotiation, and winning. Most of all I love coaching. I take great pride in leading teams and seeing them WIN. I'm best known for building great teams, motivating people, and strategic vision. STRATEGY & BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION My two most recent roles have been focused on turning around underperforming sales teams. I've led teams that tripled our ARR through evaluating sales analytics, implementing sales operations, and coaching best practices. I've led teams that own the B2B sale from lead generation to SDR, to new business development and account management. I focus on coaching and development internally, while building strategic partnerships externally, to drive record breaking growth. COACHING AND HIRING I surround myself with people that inspire me, and challenge my thinking. I hire people with a no-limits mindset, and we execute. I've built my career on working with and leading diverse and strong leadership teams. Developing people is, at my core, my main driver. LEARNING NEW THINGS I find that every 3-5 years, it's time to learn something new. I've recently accepted a role within our Marketing organization to expand markets, lead new products sales, and reconsider our GTM strategy. I'm learning new things every day which keeps it exciting. GETTING TO KNOW ME In my professional life, I know things are going well when I'm cheering my team on from the sidelines. In my personal life, I spend time cheering my "home team" along from the stands - be it football, baseball or hockey. I surround myself with curious, fun and funny people who keep me thinking and laughing. I have two boys, a husband I adore and two dogs. We spend our free time traveling, and doing everything possible outdoors - fishing, hiking, and going to the beach.
Katharine Shaw-Paffett
UK & Ireland Cross Solution Region AI Lead at Avanade
Katharine Shaw-Paffett leads the partner strategy for Data & AI in Germany at Microsoft. She has two goals in her job: to empower Microsoft partners to be in the best possible to go into the market through the optimization of their sales value-chain end to end and to empower Microsoft sellers with the best possible partner ecosystem to go to market with. For Katharine, it is clear that we can only be successful and scale in a market that is growing at an unprecedented scale if we partner together. The future will rely on ecosystems and partnerships for growth and synergies or ecosystem economies. Along the Data & AI value chain, Katharine works with partners every day on use cases to enable their clients’ business with the cloud by modernizing their data estate, to empower their clients to make data-driven decisions and to allow their clients to differentiate in a highly competitive market by embracing AI and even IoT. Business transformation and Data & AI have always been pivotal topics throughout Katharine’s career. Before starting at Microsoft, she spent five years in management consulting in financial services working on topics like Post Merger Integrations and other company transactions predominantly on the IT side, intelligent wealth management apps and most memorably rolling out GDPR / DSGVO the year it came into power (2018) which opened her eyes and lit her fire for data and all topics around data quality and governance.

I lead Google's public sector marketing.
