My current day to day is with online training with similarly sized groups. Training participants seek out education with a pain point in mind. I design actionable training that drills in on that pain and provides real-life solutions that they can enact right away. I am a servant leader at heart and I am often the person my teammates come to when they are looking for advice. I am approachable and have always been the “go-to” guy to assist other departments when they are in need.
