I joined PrideStaff in 1997 to create consistent Risk Management policies & practices. That same year, we acquired Rx relief, which is tailored to the specific needs of pharmacies in all practice settings. In the early 2000ās, I began a staffing division focused on the insurance industry. We also added a financial brand to provide talent for accounting roles and functions.
In 2008, I was promoted to Chief Operations Officer and elected to the Board of Directors. Now responsible for brand integrity and growth through strategic planning & managing operations for both franchising and company-owned opportunities, I revel daily in the unique challenges and opportunities to impact the success of our team.
During my tenure, PrideStaff has become one of the top national recruiting firms with more than 70 offices across 28 states and expanding. Iām proud to work with the people of PrideStaff to continue our evolution and to make our Vision a reality.
