Performance marketing leader that aligns teams, creates agility in process, and uses data to create new ways to connect with buyers and accelerate growth.
I’ve had both in-house and agency roles, leading teams to solve core marketing and business challenges. Along the way I’ve worked with amazing clients, from large enterprises (American Express, Microsoft, The Nature Conservancy) to early-stage start-ups. I’ve led projects that put insights into action to illuminate customer needs and execute strategies that successfully optimize processes, attract attention, create loyalty, and drive conversion.

I love Christ, my wife, daughter, and most of the rest of my family. Washed up baseball player, but I still like to workout like I am going to be making a comeback soon! I grew up learning from my father about the financial institution industry and I am blessed to continue working for the company that he started. My OCD doesn't allow me to accept anything but the best, but my ADD distracts me from my imperfections. Hard working and self motivated, ISI is a way of life! Always looking out for the best interest of our clients!
Associate Marketing Director, Pod Lead at WebMechanix
Welcome! My name is Taylor Mathauer. I’m a Towson University graduate, Digital Marketing Strategist at WebMechanix, and general lover of all dogs.
At work, I’ve been in the Digital Marketing space since 2017, and have learned so much in that time. In my experience at WebMechanix, I have gotten exposed to a variety of different sectors within the digital space and considered to be a “Wide T Marketer”. Every day I work in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, all while being an Account Manager for my clients to handle the day to day communication and execution of strategy. I’ve been lucky enough to have the experience of doing the actual work, driving the strategy, and communicating that to my clients. An all-in-one marketer!
Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things in life. Sour beer, falling down Youtube rabbit holes and exploring what the DMV has to offer.
