I take initiative to analyze, problem-solve, and develop process-oriented solutions that have helped guide the steady growth of Databox, a SaaS startup company. I was hired as the 11th employee (currently at 110+) and I’ve been involved in all aspects of developing and growing the business. To do this… - I immersed myself into the businesses of our first 300+ agency partners to become the ultimate voice of the customer. This led to a better understanding of market needs and better alignment with our product offerings. We have since onboarded thousands of users using this knowledge and building upon these strategies. - I then focused on scalability and developing a more repeatable and efficient process for knowledge sharing, including reworking our Knowledge Base and developing the Predictable Performance Business Analytics Training Course. These are now part of standard operating procedures in our support functions and internal onboarding efforts. Our Knowledge Base has generated over 450k sessions since this project was completed in 2019, and we’ve had hundreds of downloads of the Predictable Performance Training Course. - I’m a key player in our most impactful and large-scale projects at Databox, including analyzing projections to measure the impact of pricing & packaging changes, helping to develop, analyze, and communicate Databox’s short-term and long-term revenue growth model, and developing setup services to get to the root of what value Databox could add to our user’s businesses. - I’ve developed systems and processes to monitor and communicate company data in order to highlight successes and spot issues. This has resulted in the development and usage of different tools and levers that contribute to continued revenue growth for both Databox and our users. - I use planning, coordination, and organization skills to develop processes for the Go-To-Market Teams to effectively analyze data, communicate performance, and plan/ execute projects. This has led to an improved ability to scope out work, execute projects, and achieve results. I’m a collaborative leader who observes others, asks questions, and willingly rolls up my sleeves to figure out how to do the work myself before developing a repeatable process that individual contributors can execute moving forward. I adapt to different environments and work styles, and develop structures and processes that make execution more scalable and efficient.
