Having worked in telecoms for over 10 years now, I have advised hundreds of businesses across the North of England on how to get the best out of their phone systems. Starting off as an agent and then going on to be one of the directors of Talk Straight, one thing that has never changed throughout my time in this sector is my interest in the developments of technology and how, if applied correctly, it can improve productivity and make life easier.
