Marketing at Bridger Photonics | Helping Companies Reduce Methane Emissions
I am passionate about our planet, sustainability, and the clean energy transition. In my current role at Bridger Photonics, I craft and execute marketing strategies that inform our target market about the state-of-the-art laser technology we have to help them find and efficiently reduce their methane emissions.
I learn something new every day working at Bridger Photonics, from new ways companies are tackling GHG, to our regulatory environment, and of course, lasers.
Previous to my time at Bridger, I gained experience as the Director of Marketing & Partnerships at a boutique web and digital marketing agency in Seattle, providing me with crucial foundational knowledge on how to connect with customers and partners through our ever-increasing digital channels.
In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors hiking, biking, fishing, and camping. When I'm not outside, you'll often find me hanging with friends and family or in the kitchen baking up something delicious.I am passionate about our planet, sustainability, and the clean energy transition. Experience
I'm a seasoned, holistic marketer who combines the frameworks of an MBA consultant with the creativity and efficiency of a startup founder. I've launched my own successful brand and helped entrepreneurs grow their own from beauty to healthcare, crystallizing brand platforms to planning and executing omni-channel campaigns.
I’m confident that with a curious mind and structured approach, we can solve any problem (and keep solving it, as the problems and solutions evolve). Take it from my clients, many of whom I’ve continued to advise for years:
“Working with Tess has been one of the best collaborations I have ever experienced in my 16+ years of working with Fortune 100 brands and launching my own business. ...Tess not only took our vision to turn it into a powerful and compelling story filled with unique brand differentiators, she showed us how to share the story on a variety of channels in a way that was meaningful to the audience.” - Denise Foley, CEO of Sunset Vibes
“Anyone who hires Tess will be thoroughly impressed with her business strategy, intelligence and empathic personality.” - Anita Yokota, HGTV Dream Home Designer
“Tess was a phenomenal asset and leader of our team. She was able to hit the ground running and make an impact quickly and effectively. She’s incredibly organized, proactive, strategic, thorough and detail oriented.” - Ashley Ocampo, CEO of Haleys Beauty
Motivated, high energy professional who dedicates time and focus into a world-changing product. Uses unique set of relationship building and analytical skills to promote and maintain long lasting partnerships in a workplace.
Sales Director for Customer Experience Solutions of Evercommerce (pulseM, GuildQuality, and CustomerLobby)
Experienced professional with a passion to elevate others to a level commensurate with the importance of their work. Strongly skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Sales, Event Management, and Public Speaking.
Event Rescuer – I am the superhero on the day of your event.
Hi, I’m Tess 👋🏿. #EventProfs call me to rescue their events at the ninth hour.
Early technology adopter in the Events space: Digital Events Certified since 2013, spent countless hours troubleshooting, supporting & educating people on their tech (software, hardware, tech stack setup).
MY WHY
As a kid, I followed my sister, a master cosmetologist for a major hair care company, on the road as she designed tradeshow experiences. The backstage logistics; working with models & A/V teams; the rush of managing the chaos. I caught the events “bug” – and haven’t looked back since.
Eventually, I joined Macy’s Special Events doing fashion show production - a wonderful first step.
MY WHAT
Proudly now count 25+ years’ experience in event planning, production & technology. After being one of the earliest adopters of tech in the Events world, I began supporting people in the Events world through event tech training, ideation & execution.
MY HOW
My superpower is doing last-minute drop-ins for tech support & tech management on the day of an event, large or small.
After running events at Spelman College (500,000+ attendees), I spent the last 10+ years at TEDxAtlanta as a Stage Manager. Went on to build & launch iSocialExecution, an event rescue & execution firm, with the guidance of my mentor, Dahlia El Gazzar. iSocialx was built to help event planners with technology & event production support when they need it most.
Event professionals are like family to me – and I’m always ready to support the family.
