An XLRI Business Management graduate from the class of 2018, and an NIT Jaipur graduate from the class of 2013, I currently lead product led growth at Policybazaar, and manage the Business Growth via CRM across BUs. Previously I was the head of marketing for South Africa region at Zensar Technologies, under the general management program by RPG Group. I also had a brief stint as part of the South Africa BFSI Sales team.
During college, in 2012, I, with three more friends started TalEx, a start-up that aimed to provide a network and platform to the budding talents across the country. I was essentially the co-founder responsible for Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development.
In 2011, owing to my love of writing, I started the blog ABugInMyMind which became popular with time and bagged many blogging awards for the same. I also wrote a book ( My EX Fell In Love: Fiction-Humor) about a research student's college life.
In 2013 I was recruited by Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. where I worked as an associate consultant. The work included development of the company flagship product, Flexcube.
At XLRI, apart from academics, I was a part of committees such as the Ensemble Valhalla Core Team, that is responsible for the conduction of Ensemble-Valhalla, XLRI's annual fest, and External Linkages (ExLink), that is responsible for the admissions, overall branding, and media relations of XLRI. I am currently working as an AGM Product Marketer at Vodafone Idea Limited. Being the Prepaid Product Lead, I hold complete ownership of Revenue, Churn, and Base Management for Uttarakhand & Uttar Pradesh Telecom Circle. My motivation for this role spanned out of a hunger for B2C Marketing experience.
