Performance marketing leader that aligns teams, creates agility in process, and uses data to create new ways to connect with buyers and accelerate growth.
I’ve had both in-house and agency roles, leading teams to solve core marketing and business challenges. Along the way I’ve worked with amazing clients, from large enterprises (American Express, Microsoft, The Nature Conservancy) to early-stage start-ups. I’ve led projects that put insights into action to illuminate customer needs and execute strategies that successfully optimize processes, attract attention, create loyalty, and drive conversion.

New York Times Best Selling Author, Fair Play | Keynote Speaker
How the book came to be: Eve Rodsky received her B.A. in economics and anthropology from the University of Michigan, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. After working in foundation management at J.P. Morgan, she founded the Philanthropy Advisory Group to advise high-net worth families and charitable foundations on best practices for harmonious operations, governance and disposition of funds. In her work with hundreds of families over a decade, she realized that her expertise in family mediation, strategy, and organizational management could be applied to a problem closer to home – a system for couples seeking balance, efficiency, and peace in their home. Rodsky was born and raised by a single mom in New York City and now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their three children.
Head of Product at Australian Doctor Group | Founder at Padlifter & Ringcommend | Author
I am the Head of Product for Australian Doctor Group - rated #1 for medical news and information in Australia. In 6 short months, I have led the rollout of a community platform for Australian healthcare professionals.
In addition to this, I am also the Founder and CEO of two start-ups. The first, Padlifter, is the world’s largest marketplace of short-term rental service providers. The second, Ringcommend, is one of Australia’s leading retailers of high-end wedding jewelry at wholesale prices.
Prior to that I was a Management Consultant as well as Head of Digital Marketing for a global business consulting firm. My work experience spans North America, Oceania and the Middle East.
Over the years, I have acquired a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of International Studies in Globalization, as well as Graduate Certificates in Public Policy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Most recently, I have just published my latest book, Coming Back From COVID, which helps small business owners rapidly recover from the impacts and aftermath of the coronavirus.
Outside of work, I am an avid runner and enjoy competing in middle-distance races. I also enjoy scuba-diving in exotic locations, which is supported by my passion for traveling throughout the developing world (all of which have become a lot harder in these post-COVID times!)
I currently reside in Sydney, where I assist small businesses with growth strategies. I value honesty and meaningful relationships; and am an INFJ, which probably means very little to most people, but very much to a select few.
My proudest achievement is my beautiful daughter Charli who makes any source of professional pride pale in comparison to the joy I get from her.
Content @ Crossbeam | ex-Slack, Rippling, Billboard, Rolling Stone, Fast Company
Hi there, I'm Evie. For more than 15 years, I've done almost everything there is to do in content, editorial, copy, thought leadership, social, brand voice, and communications.
I started as a speech and proposal writer for several academic leaders at Harvard, then took a hard turn into music and tech journalism as a staff editor and writer at Billboard, Rolling Stone, and Fast Company. I'm the author of the 33 1/3 book on Devo’s Freedom of Choice from Bloomsbury (with a foreword by Fred Armisen), and my work was published in Best Music Writing 2010.
With some mad science combining all of the above, I've spent the past decade-ish helping high-growth tech companies craft big-picture narratives and high-impact messaging that connects business, technology, and culture.
As of January 2024, I'm the Managing Editor of ELG Insider, Crossbeam's expert resource for everything about Ecosystem-Led Growth. If you work in tech and aren't sure what that is, you'll be hearing about it a lot in the coming months and years. I've also led content, digital, and communications teams and initiatives at Slack, Rippling, Wonderschool, and many clients at top technology communications agency Mission North. As an early member of the Content & Editorial team at Slack, I helped establish the brand as a leading B2B voice in human collaboration and the future of work.
I have an M.A. in Cultural Reporting and Criticism from New York University, an Ed.M. in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University, an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University, and have certifications in marketing strategy, growth marketing, Ecosystem-Led Growth, and teaching English as a Foreign Language (long story). I live in Oakland, CA with my husband, two daughters, two cats, and a lot of trash.
