I started in the Beauty industry over 10 years ago as a Beauty Therapist specializing in Skin & Body treatments. After many years of traveling the world and working in between, I decided to stay in the industry that I loved, but move into a different position. I joined Oz Hair & Beauty as a Customer Service Agent in 2019 and in 2020 moved into a Customer Service Manager role. As 2022 rolled around, I was soon promoted to Customer Success Manager. With a passion to 'WOW' the customer and understand their expectations, I continue to work very closely with all departments across the workplace to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

I am VP People Experience at Auror, a retail crime intelligence platform that helps retailers and police report, solve and prevent crime. I am also a General Partner - NZ at Tractor Ventures - supporting tech-enabled companies across Australia and NZ with revenue-based finance and access to a great team of operators. In late 2015 Lance and I launched HOP Ventures, a company dedicated to building more great companies through Advisory and our own product development. Previously I was the VP Talent at Vend, a fast growing online retail platform headquartered in New Zealand with teams based in Australia, USA, Canada & the UK. I started at Vend in April 2013, growing the team from 37 to 250 while successfully scaling the culture was the highest of priorities.

I have over two decades of experience spanning manufacturing and BFSI organizations. Starting my career in Bayer India and going on to International Rectifier where I was responsible for implementation of systems in the APAC region. Later I re-joined Bayer and was responsible for the technology integration and standardization across 12 group companies in India. As Senior Executive Vice President - IT and CTO at Kotak Life Insurance, I oversee all strategic technology and digital initiatives and am responsible for ensuring that the company's technology strategy is aligned with its current and future business needs to give the organization a competitive edge. I have evangelized and led several transformation initiatives including mobile based Sales fulfillment, video based customer calling, OCR/ICR based BPM, Activity Management for the Sales force, Enterprise class Underwriting rule engine, RPA, BOTs for improving customer service etc. Being extremely passionate about building excellence through technology ,I have been an early adopter of several technologies like datacenter virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure, flash storage, data reduction technologies, block level replication , workspace automation, devops, CI/CD etc. Cyber security is a key focus area for me and have been early implementer of DLP, DRM, WAF, DDOS etc. Relationship Management is a key strength and have forged a well-established partner network with strategic alliances with large as well as small partners.
