We have all heard the statistics about the large % of businesses that fail in the first 5 years but I don’t believe that is the risk we should all be afraid of. The escape from the business time trap lies in processes and systems.
My entrepreneurial life started as a the owner of a small tutoring company (small = just me). I was doing the books, advertising, tutoring, developing curriculum, and trying to keep breathing in and out. When I couldn’t do it alone anymore, I did some major investment time in learning how to systematize the business.
