I feel at my most comfortable in front of a crowd. In my experiences, I have done live training for groups of over 100 attendees and down to small group sessions of a few learners. My current day to day is with online training with similarly sized groups. Training participants seek out education with a pain point in mind. I design actionable training that drills in on that pain and provides real-life solutions that they can enact right away. I am a servant leader at heart and I am often the person my teammates come to when they are looking for advice. I am approachable and have always been the “go-to” guy to assist other departments when they are in need. I love to help others and I have found that training the best way I have found to be a resource to as many people as possible.

Kris Jagasia is the co-founder and CEO of Off2Class, responsible for directing company strategy and vision. He has built the commercial teams at the company including, sales, marketing and customer success. As the son of immigrants, Kris grew up with a keen appreciation for the benefits of learning – his parents investing the lion's share of their resources in his own multilingual education. He saw the power of education to create limitless opportunities. That background would inform the founding of Off2Class and his own life choices, as he would later work to teach English to four students: his nephews living in Switzerland, and two Syrian refugees in Toronto. Originally from Toronto, Kris started his career in corporate finance, working for market leaders KPMG and Deloitte, specializing in large corporate restructurings and recapitalizations. That work took him to Dubai and the opportunity to lead strategic partnerships in the cleantech sector for Masdar (based in Abu Dhabi). After leaving Masdar in 2012, he reconnected with a friend, James Heywood. James was a language expert working as an online English tutor as a side-hustle while living in Istanbul. Teaching languages online was a nascent market in 2013. Kris and James saw that while there was a demand for these online courses, the content and material teachers were using were still created with print audiences in mind. Launching in 2015, Off2Class focused on creating high-quality content and resources to save teachers time and power language learning for the digital-first student. Rather than simply converting course books into basic web products, as was the case with many traditional publishers, Off2Class focused on re-imagining content and tools for the needs of online teachers. Kris developed the product's unique go-to-market strategy, building a strong customer base with institutions (schools, universities) while also still selling directly to teacher entrepreneurs. Along with his co-founders, Kris led the launch of Off2Class’ initial beta to 300 teachers and, over the next nine years, grew it to a curriculum, assessment, and professional development tool used by ELL district teams across America while also being used by thousands of individual ESL teachers as part of their education infrastructure, to tutor online and in-person, in over 120 countries. Kris is a graduate of McGill University (Bachelor of Commerce) and has been certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and is a proud testament to the Canadian newcomer dream.
